ShakerScope Ltd is a private company limited by shares
(No 5592943), which was set up as a spinout of UWS
Ventures Ltd (Digital Technium Centre, University of Wales,
Swansea SA2 8PP) in June 2005, and incorporated 14/10/05.

Its purpose is to undertake research and development of new
and original medical devices, and their subsequent
commercialisation and manufacture. ShakerScope Ltd is
also seeking to establish a corporate identity in the medical
products field.

The directors have previous experience of design and
successful commercialisation of other medical devices.
All research and prototyping of the ShakerScope to date
has been funded by the directors with the generous
contribution of match-funded grants from the Welsh
Assembly Government.
